2026 shareholder rebate

On Monday 3 August 2026 Ravensdown announced a shareholder rebate of $15 per tonne on qualifying tonnes for the 2026 financial year. Shareholders who have already paid for shares up to their Quota Shareholding will receive their rebate as a cash payment, recognising the investment they've made in the co-operative. Shareholders who have not yet reached their Quota Shareholding will this year receive their full rebate in the form of shares, helping them build their ownership in the co-operative.

Shareholders who wish to understand what the rebate means for them should refer to their Statement of Fertiliser Purchase (SOFP). This was sent to Shareholders on 14 June 2026 and includes a summary of total fertiliser purchases for the year 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026 and whether they have reached their Quota Shareholding. The SOFP is also available on MyRavensdown.

SOFP’s were sent via email or in the post, depending on individual shareholder preferences.

What happens next?

Rebate advice for FY26 will be sent out with a letter confirming the rebate payment date to all shareholders on 12 August 2026. As with the SOFP, the rebate advice will be on My Ravensdown and will only be mailed to those shareholders who have not elected to receive company information by email.

Rebate cash payments will be made to shareholders by direct debit into nominated accounts on 27 August 2026.

Rebate shares will be allocated on 23 September 2026.

Ravensdown shareholders with any questions can phone the Customer Centre on 0800 100 123.
